RETURN POLICY
All sales are final; we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products once it has been opened and has left The Fire House premises.

In the case of a faulty product (cartridges), we are not liable, but the product may be brought in within 2 weeks with the original packaging and receipt to be evaluated.
